- Purchased ”Products” will be dispatched and/or shipped within (24) working hours of MadLove Swim receiving receipt of payment and/or payment confirmation.
- Deliveries will take 2 to 5 working days and vary in accordance with the geographical location of the shipping address.
- Deliveries are made in business hours and customers must be available at the shipping address to receive the purchased parcel.
- Orders will need to be signed for by the person whom paid for, purchased, and/or completed the registration prior to ordering.
- MadLove will not be held responsible for deliveries that are not signed for by the registered user who made the order or for orders not delivered due to the user not being available at the delivery address at time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- Purchased products may be exchanged only when defective, damaged or if the products supplied are not the same products that were ordered. No exchanges will be allowed for any other reasons.
- If the products are different from what was ordered, this must be reported within 72 hours of delivery by email; firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 12 hours of delivery by email accompanied with pictures of the damage; email@example.com
- Original packaging and all tags must still be attached to the product you wish to exchange.
- If you are returning via courier or post office you must package it carefully so that it does not become more damaged en route.
- If you send us a package/return please send through the tracking number ASAP.
- A MadLove representative will contact you to assist in returning the product and exchanging it.
